The CRÈME Commitment

Everything you need to know before you book.

Check in on the iPad when you walk in — easy and quick.
Place your bags and shoes in the cubbies by the merch area so the studio stays calm and clutter-free.

Doors open 10 minutes before class. If you arrive earlier, you can wait in your car — there’s plenty of free parking in front of the studio, in the CVS lot next door, or in the two story garage behind the building.

We get it — life happens! Just be sure to cancel at least 12 hours before class so someone else can take your spot.

No-shows or late cancellations will result in losing that class credit (and we’ll miss you!) plus a $15 late cancel or no show fee. 

Why We Have a 12-Hour Policy

With only 10 spots per class, every reservation matters.

When a class is canceled within 12 hours, it’s usually too late for us to refill that reformer or mat spot. Even if you’re rescheduling into another class. Last-minute changes directly impact the room. The 12-hour window allows us to offer that spot to someone else and keep the experience strong, full, and fair for everyone.

Thank you for respecting the commitment you made when you reserved your space. 

We allow a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. Doors are locked after 5 minutes.
After that, a $15 fee applies and entry may not be permitted for safety reasons.

We may have to cancel a class if it has low attendance. Your credit will be returned. 

Your class credits reset every month and don’t roll over.
Show up, move often, and your body will thank you.

All purchases are final — no refunds on memberships, class packs, or drop-ins.
We’re here to keep you consistent, confident, and committed.

All Reformer Pilates classes are $35 per session 

All Mat Pilates classes are $28 per session 

All Barre classes are $15 per session 

Left something behind? Text 281-940-8119 and let us know. Lost & Found items are held for 7 days. After that, they’ll be donated.

Bring your water bottle! We have a water fountain in the Mat/Barre Room for quick and easy refills.

Members enjoy free, unlimited sauna sessions — because recovery is part of the luxury.

Non-members can book 30-minute sessions for $10 each.

A sauna token is required before class so we can pre-heat the sauna (it takes about 15 minutes to reach 149°F). Only 4 tokens are available per session, so be sure to grab yours early.
