A regular class is part of our weekly schedule and welcomes a mix of members and guests, with up to 10 reformers in the room. It’s a shared 45-minute session designed to get you in, moving, and glowing before heading out to the rest of your day.

A private event, on the other hand, is a full 90-minute experience. You’ll enjoy a 45-minute Pilates session led by a dedicated instructor, followed by another 45 minutes exclusively for you and your guests to make the studio your own. Decorate, celebrate with bites and drinks, relax in the sauna, touch-up in the glam room, or simply linger in our lobby and enjoy the atmosphere together.

Yes, you and your friends can book a regular class together. It will still be a 45-minute group session with other guests. Regular classes do not include early set up, décor, food or drinks, post-class hang time, or exclusive use of the studio. If your group books all 10 reformers at the same time and the class sells out, you may bring balloons and a small cake for photos only. There is no additional hangout time, and the class begins and ends on schedule.

Your private class is designed as a 90-minute experience:

• 15 minutes before – Arrive early to set up, decorate, and get settled.
   
• 45 minutes – A signature CRÈME Pilates session led by your instructor.
   
• 30 minutes after – Celebrate and enjoy the studio exclusively with your guests. Sip, snack, relax in the sauna, refresh in the glam room, or take photos in our lobby.
   

It’s a seamless flow from movement to celebration, giving you both the workout and the luxury of time to connect.

You’re welcome to bring light bites, drinks, and simple décor to make the space your own. We allow balloons, table displays, and items that can be secured with tape only (no nails, pins, or adhesives that could damage surfaces). Think chic, effortless touches that complement the CRÈME aesthetic.

For an elevated detail, we provide a 20x24 frame with an easel that you’re welcome to use if you’d like to display a custom event poster. Many guests choose to print their poster at the CVS conveniently located next door for a seamless setup.

Our Private Reformer Event Package is $450 total ($45). This covers up to 10 guests (whether your group is 5 or 10, the rate stays the same) and includes 90 minutes of exclusive studio time — a 45-minute Pilates session plus 45 minutes tohj celebrate, decorate, and enjoy the sauna, glam room, and lobby area with your guests.

For comparison, our regular drop-in classes are $35 per person for 45 minutes. A private event not only doubles the time in the studio but also gives you the entire space to yourself and your group.

When booking, we recommend placing the reservation on one person’s card. If you’re splitting the cost, your friends can Venmo or reimburse you directly. If it’s a gift, it’s a one-time payment. Please note we cannot accept payments from multiple cards or guests individually.

All private event bookings are final. Once your date is confirmed, we reserve the studio and your instructor exclusively for your event. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling.

All guests must download the CRÈME Pilates app and book the class in advance using your promo code so their class is complimentary. (schedule is previewed 7 days in advanced)

1. Download the app and create an account.
2. Go to More > Buy New Packages.
3. Select 1 Session | Drop-In – $35, then tap Continue.
4. Read and sign the agreement.
5. Enter your credit card info and promo code (price will drop to $0).
6. Tap Activate — your credit is now on your account.
7. Go to the class you want and book using your credit.
8. You're all set — booking is confirmed!

If your requested date is available, we will message you to confirm.
