A regular class is part of our weekly schedule and welcomes a mix of members and guests, with up to 10 reformers in the room. It’s a shared 45-minute session designed to get you in, moving, and glowing before heading out to the rest of your day.
A private event, on the other hand, is a full 90-minute experience. You’ll enjoy a 45-minute Pilates session led by a dedicated instructor, and another 45 minutes exclusively for you and your guests to make the studio your own. Decorate, celebrate with bites and drinks, relax in the sauna, touch-up in the glam room, hangout in the lobby and enjoy the atmosphere together!
Yes, you and your friends can book a regular class together. It will still be a 45-minute group session with other guests. Regular classes do not allow early set up, décor, food or drinks, post-class hang time, or exclusive use of the studio. If your group books all 10 reformers at the same time and the class sells out, you may bring balloons and a small cake for photos only. There is no additional hangout time, and the class begins and ends on schedule.
All events are 90 minutes total.
• Setup and Arrival: 15 minutes to decorate, settle in, and get your group ready.
• Class Time: 45-minute Pilates session.
• After-Class Celebration: 30 minutes for pictures, cake, and any additional activities you’ve planned. Your private event concludes at the scheduled end time.
Optional: You may choose a 30-minute Pilates session. Let your instructor know your preferred class length. A shorter class gives you extra time for mingling and photos.

Please remind guests to arrive early and meet at The Grotto next door while you decorate the room. This keeps your group together and allows them to enter the studio only when everything is beautifully set, unless they’re helping you decorate.

📝 Studio Requirements
Waivers must be signed before getting on the reformer.
Grip socks are mandatory and available for purchase at the studio if needed.
Event Details:
Decor is welcomed: balloons, flowers, gift bags, snacks, drinks, champagne or wine, cake, small props, disposable serving-ware and poster.
You’ll also have access to our complimentary 20x24 poster frame and easel for a beautiful display moment.
Enjoy full access to our sauna and glam room, along with private use of the entire studio for your group.
For an elevated touch, many guests print a custom event poster at the CVS located next door for easy, seamless setup.
Our studio also offers the following items at no additional cost:
• Bar cart for setup
• Champagne bucket stand
• Ten champagne flutes
**Flutes must be washed by guests before departure if you plan to use them.
**If you’d like to use the champagne bucket stand, please plan to purchase ice from the CVS next door.
Our Private Reformer Event Package is $450 total ($45). This covers up to 10 guests (whether your group is 5 or 10, the rate stays the same) and includes 90 minutes of exclusive group time — a 45-minute Pilates session plus 45 minutes to celebrate, decorate, and enjoy the sauna, glam room, and lobby area with your guests.
For comparison, our regular drop-in classes are $35 per person for 45 minutes. A private event not only doubles the time in the studio but also gives you the entire room to yourself and your group to hang out and decorate.
When booking, the reservation must be on one person’s card. If you’re splitting the cost, your friends can Zelle/Venmo or reimburse you directly.
Please note we cannot accept payments from multiple cards or guests individually.
All private event bookings are final. Once your date is confirmed, we reserve the studio and your instructor exclusively for your event. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling.
Class Readiness and Late Policy
For your safety and the quality of your experience, all guests must complete and submit their waiver before class begins. We will have it printed and ready for you at the front desk. Anyone who has not submitted their waiver by the scheduled start time will not be able to participate.
Reformer Pilates requires proper setup, structured movement, and grip socks for safety. Each movement is intentionally guided by your instructor to protect you from injury and ensure you get the most out of your session. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
About Tardiness
Your event has a firm start and end time. You are welcome to begin whenever your group is ready, but please note that late arrival/set up does not extend your session. If your group takes additional time for photos, greetings, or waiting for guests, this will shorten the length of your Pilates session.
To help maximize your 90 minutes: we encourage hosts to ask their guests to meet at Grotto Restaurant next door about 10–15 minutes before the event start time. This allows everyone to arrive together and begin right on schedule.
